I took the dream or nightmare (and freedom) approach to the story. Basically, Dorothy's subconscious issues ;-) The idea was to try to create a swirly or full sound. I know that this is a bit over-the-top. But hey, it's the Wizard of Oz!! I played all the instruments (except the drum kit). I tracked them at home using Logic. Hope you like it. - Bill

Wow Bill. I'm really impressed. It had a mid 90's vibe that made me think of a lot of my favorite songs from my teenage years. Plus, your use of sounds from the film was really well done. This sounded very professional to me.

Bill, your song made me feel like I was at a summer concert. Love the soaring sounds (maybe that's what Sanden meant by the mid 90s vibe?) Over the top is perfect for Wizard of Oz!

It is a really full sound. Don't discount your song.

You succeeded at the big swirly sound and it's perfect for this. I'm glad you resisted putting a lot of swirling effects on your voice. I could almost hear this with a lot of digital computer sound on the vocals and it would have ruined it. Good job.

Bill, VERY impressive production (among other things). I just got Logic myself and now I'm pretty stoked to try it out! I'm envious that you already know how to use it so well.
